wellness experiences

A few years ago, my life took a sharp turn when my mom became seriously ill. Watching her suffer through endless doctor visits with no answers left me feeling powerless. I couldn't just sit by and watch her struggle.

I turned to what I knew best: the healing power of herbs and teas. Growing up, these natural remedies were our lifeline. I dove deep into crafting blends to support her health, and when we found one that truly helped, it felt like a miracle.

This journey transformed me. What began as a way to help my mom became my purpose. I blended teas for my dad’s insomnia, my own anxiety, and soon realized this path was my calling. I became a certified IIN health coach and master tea blender to help others experience the same healing.

At Tea Kulture, we’re all about empowering communities to explore the wellness benefits of tea and craft their own healing blends and tinctures. Through our blog, podcast, and soon-to-launch tea box, we’re sharing the transformative power of teas, herbs, roots and botanicals from around the world.

If you’re caring for a loved one, or struggling with your own health-you’re not alone. Healing starts with small steps. Sometimes, it starts with a cup of tea.

Your tea friend,

The healthcare system is broken, but healing doesn’t have to be. In a world where prescriptions often replace true care, I truly believe that herbal medicine is the path back to balance.

I truly wish something like this had been around when my mom first got sick. If there’s one resource I’d want everyone to have- it’s this one.
